MyBabyAgreement
By using MyBaby (the "App"), published by OKBSoft, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the extent it does not conflict with these Terms.
Not medical advice
The App provides general information for parents. It does not measure body temperature; you enter readings from your own thermometer. The heart-rate feature uses the camera and is not a medical device. Nothing in the App is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your baby's health, contact a doctor or emergency services immediately.
Subscriptions
Some features require MyBaby Premium, an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Any free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Purchases can be restored from the Premium screen.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos and notes you add. You grant us the limited right to store album photos so they can be shown in the App. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or attempt to access other users' data.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKBSoft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

MyBaby'yi kullanarak bu koşulları ve Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesini kabul edersiniz. Uygulama tıbbi tavsiye değildir; vücut ısısı ölçmez, nabız özelliği tıbbi cihaz değildir. Bebeğinizin sağlığından endişe ediyorsanız hemen bir doktora veya acil servise başvurun. Bazı özellikler otomatik yenilenen MyBaby Premium aboneliği gerektirir; ücret Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir, dönem bitiminden 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse yenilenir, App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetilebilir.
